Sales Tax

OpticsBestBuy , sales tax is only charged in the state of New York at a rate of 8.875%.
NO sales tax is charged outside of New York. No sales tax is charged on gift certificates shipped to an address outside the state of New York.

International Orders
We ship worldwide and verify every order for your protection. Using
American Express gives us with the ability to verify international credit cards on orders over $200 the fastest. The use of cards other than
American Express may delay the shipment of your international order because of their manual verification process. For all international orders (including U.S. territories outside of the U.S.) or orders placed with non-US issued credit cards other than
American Express we require a copy of the front and back of your credit card, as well as
our credit card authorization form. You may fax these docs to

email them as a
scanned document to
sales@argustactical.com and we will charge your card the amount of the order
PLUS the cost of
freight. Your non-American Express international order will not be shipped until we receive the documents listed above.
You are responsible for any customs and brokerage fees, taxes and duties that are imposed when these goods are imported into your country.
All prices on our site are in U.S. dollars.
OpticsBestBuy does NOT accept RETURNS on International orders, but will consider exchanges.
Export Policy & Restrictions
The sale, transfer, or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product is prohibited or restricted for export without the proper export licensing.
OpticsBestBuy will not sell to anyone who intends to export the following products, unless authorized by or having proper license from the U.S. government: Generation 2, 3, 4, or 5, night vision equipment and accessories, thermal imaging equipment, holographic sights, laser sights, red dot sights, bore sights, riflescopes, etc. Some U.S. government agencies may be exempt. Each sale will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Certificates
OpticsBestBuy gift certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75 and $100 and will not be taxed. Gift certificates are shipped via USPS First Class only.
