The new Nikon's ProStaff Laser 440 Rangefinder (8352) is pocket-sized, water resistant rangefinder that will accurately measure distance from 11 yards to 440 yards, with incredible 1/2-yard precision. This previously unobtainable level of precision is made possible by Nikon's original digital processor and quality 8-power optics, and will allow hunters to gauge distance more precisely for accurate shot placement's accuracy that is particularly meaningful to bowhunters.
Because convenience, usability and portability are of paramount importance in a rangefinder, Nikon has designed the ProStaff Laser Rangefinder as amonocular instead of the larger, heavier binocular-type unit. The monocular in the ProStaff Laser Rangefinder, however, features precisely ground and polished lens glass that is multicoated with anti-reflective compounds to provide maximum light transmission, clarity, and color rendition. The rangefinder's eyepiece is adjustable, with a range of +/- 2 diopters, and the unit has 10mm of eye relief. In addition, ProStaff Laser Rangefinder has a real angle of view of 6.3 degrees, translating to a wide, 50.4-degree apparent angle of view and a field of view of 330 feet at 1,000 yards.
